Each camp includes:
*  Multiple sports training
*  Speed and agility training
*  Coordination skills training
*  Tumbling
*  Games
*  Snacks
*  Obstacle courses
*  FUN!

Safety Precautions
*  Parents drop off and pick up at the door, without entering the building
*  Please keep children who are not feeling/acting 100% at home

Please
*  wear athletic clothing and shoes
*  bring a labeled water bottle each day
*  be on time to pick up after camp
*  use the restroom right before coming to class
